Best Times to Eat, Read Follow and SHARE



We people eat when ever we want and when we feel hungry. This is wrong and results in gaining weight too. So we presenting proper times for having breakfast lunch and dine. Lets take a look 
Break Fast:

Ideal Time is 7 to 8 AM
Dont haveit later than 10 AM
Must remember: Eat With in 30 Minutes of Waking up (Have water(hot water is better) after waking)
Lunch:
Ideal Time: 12.30 to 2 PM
Dont have it later than 4PM
Must remember: An ideal time gap between breakfast and Lunch is 4 hours

Dinner:
Ideal time: 6 to 9 PM
Dont have it later than 10 PM
Must remember: The meal should be atleast 3 hours before your Sleep
